We have made several slight adjustments to the schedule and class names, etc. Please be aware that the Monday and Wednesday evening classes at 7:00pm are competition classes. The class is open to Blue Belt rank and above or by permission of the instructor if you are competing. Please review and see an instructor if you have any questions. See you on the mat!
